Learning & Development Engineer – Training Programs

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical and leadership training programs.
• Develop e-learning modules and interactive training content.
• Assess training effectiveness through data analysis.
• Partner with HR and department heads to address skill gaps.
• Manage external training vendors and certification programs.

Profile:

• Degree in HR, education, or instructional design.
• Experience in technical training, e-learning, or corporate L&D.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and instructional design principles.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
